Durable Timber Piling
We supply a wide range of FSC-certified timber species for your piling, including:
- Greenheart
- Ekki
- Cloeziana
All these are straight-trunk trees falling under Durability Class 1, which means they are extremely hard-wearing and long-lasting. They are resistant to marine borers and rot, as well as temperature fluctuations as they move in and out of the water.
If your project has unique specifications and we do not think these species will suit your application, we will be happy to recommend an alternative such as Oak for example. Reach out to our team and let us know more about your construction project, and we will match you to the right timber.
Sustainably Sourced Timber Piles
Add a green stamp of approval to your project with our FSC-certified timber. Sourced from sustainably managed forests, harvested trees are left to be replenished naturally to keep the natural landscape alive and thriving. Local wildlife, ecosystems and communities are respected, too, creating a better system for everyone involved.
Why Choose Timber For Your Piles?
Timber has been used for piles for centuries. It is a tough, strong and natural material which suits the conditions of many marine and civil environments. Particularly in natural environments – where piles are used – timber blends seamlessly with the surroundings to create an aesthetically pleasing look which does not take away from the view.
Bespoke Shaping
We offer standard pile sizes in round and square styles. We are also happy to work with you on bespoke designs, creating custom-made piles to your exact specifications. From the finish of your timber to the measurements you need, we will tailor our services to suit your needs.
